Dear General,

I was reading the back of your product "Fudge Brownie Mix" (Family Size) and I saw in the instructions for baking where it says, Do Not Overbake. I have to say I'm a bit worried about this. I'm not a very good chef and I'm afraid of what might happen if I overbake them by mistake. Besides that, how will I will I know if I do overbake them? It says that appearance or touch does not indicate when brownies are done! What does?

Help! I'd really like some brownies but I don't want to break anything! I once saw an episode of Honeymooners where Ralph tried to make rice. You ever see that one? Well he ends up with rice all over the kitchen! I don't want that to happen to me!

Also, I'm wondering about this Aluminum pan vs. Glass pan thing. Why only 28 minutes for a Glass pan?

Give my regards to Betty C.

PS. Cakelike brownies? If they're cake, how can they be brownies? C'mon!
