Frank signs up for 150 mile bike ride

In a fit of late 1990's nostalgia, I've signed up with the Sonic Streamers for the 150 Mile "Best Dam Bike Tour" supporting Multiple Sclerosis research.

How can you help, you say? Drive beside me with cups of gatoraide and a spare bike on the roof? Wait for me at the finish line with a pizza? While all these things are great, making a cash pledge at my page is widely considered the most practical way to go.
The adventurous can also consider joining the ride themselves. If I can do it, how hard could it be?
